PLAN

A designer will discuss your project with you to learn more about your wants, needs, design direction and budget in order to build your “open book” estimate.

BEGIN

If accept the initial estimate and design direction, you can hire the designer to work directly with you on the project, building a 2D & 3D design as well as all material selections. This is a design retainer of 5% of the initial estimate ($1500 non-refundable deposit for the design and services).

REMODEL

Work with the designer to perfect your home remodel project. Once your design and estimate is finalized, you will receive a production estimate and completed design and material selections.
