Of course we often see our customers look to take advantage of the unforeseen and use this as an opportunity to make the changes they have wanted to make at a reduced cost of a traditional remodel. We’re happy to offer additional design services and estimation that takes into account the repairs that have already been approved.
Either way, you will have a complete scope of repairs and or improvements with any out of pocket costs communicated and agreed upon prior to starting construction.
